Q: What forms of payments does A Great Impression accept?
A: We accept Master Card, Visa & Discover.
Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive?
A: Generally you can expect your wall art to arrive within 10 business days.
Q: What shipping method does A Great Impression use? Will you ship to PO boxes?
A: We ship using USPS priority mail, therefore, we can ship to a PO box no problem.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: For most orders it is a flat rate of $8.00 per order. Some exceptions apply.
Q: Can you expedite shipping?
A: Yes. We are more than happy to speed up the delivery of your wall decal using expedited shipping. We will contact you with exact shipping cost prior to sending out.
Q: What is A Great Impression's return policy?
A: If you are not completely satisfied with your vinyl wall decal, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or store credit, as long as the product is in it's original condition and has not been applied to any surface. Custom orders and orders placed using our Custom Art Previewer are non-returnable/non-refundable. Please contact us prior to returning your order. We do not offer credit back on shipping. If your order was damaged during shipping, we will happily offer you a replacement at no charge. Avoid choosing the wrong color vinyl by requesting a sample of vinyl.
Products & Designs FAQsQ: I hear that vinyl wall art is basically a sticker, right? Why would I want to decorate with a sticker?
A: The idea behind vinyl wall art/lettering is that of a sticker, which makes it GREAT for decorating! A wall decal or wall sticker, is easy to apply, affordable, and completely removable. The vinyl we use is a decorator grade vinyl that has a matte sheen. When applied, it looks like it has been hand painted by an expert artist (without the mess or expense). Vinyl Wall Art is so hot right now, although it has been in use for years (mostly by businesses). You just can't go wrong with vinyl wall art and its infinite possibilities!
Q: I want a special verse or quote. Is there a way for me to design my own?
Q: I want to order a custom design that I can't design on your previewer (I would like to add some decorator elements). How do I do that? How much do you charge for a custom design service?
A: Currently there is NO design fee for a custom order. We will discuss your ideas and work to come up with something you will truly cherish.
Q: Will Vinyl Wall Art damage my walls?
A: No. The vinyl we use is a high-quality, decorator vinyl that uses a clear adhesive that leaves no residue nor will it damage the painted surfaces. This makes it great for decorating your home, apartment, dorm and place of business. (Please note: If you place your vinyl wall art on a surface where the paint is already peeling or cracking, it could cause more paint to flake off more, just as painters tape would do the same thing.)
Q: Can I reuse my vinyl decal?
A: Unfortunately, vinyl wall designs cannot be reused. It has a sticker-like quality that, once placed on the surface, will tear and become distorted when trying to remove.
Q: How long will my vinyl design last?
A: Your vinyl design will last virtually forever indoors and up to 3 years out doors.
Q: What types of surfaces can I apply vinyl wall art?
A: Just about any smooth surface will work great. You can apply your designs to textured walls with a little extra care and attention. It looks great.
Q: I'm not sure about what color I want. Can you send me color samples?
A: Of course we can send out a color sample! We understand that it can be hard to determine color online. Contact us with the colors you would like to view, and we will send them out ASAP.
