We are happy that you are interested in our company.
A Great Impression is still in it's Mom and Pop Shop phase so we thought you might like to meet Mom and Pop.
We are the Zimmer family and we work together to make this vinyl wall art company a great place to shop.
Mark and Mary Zimmer have been married for 23 years and are the parents of 3 nearly grown kids and their spouses. We are also the parents of the most spoiled Labradoodle on the planet, named Maddie.
A Great Impression opened shop in September of 2008 as a vision to share God's word with other believers. We have grown a little more each year and we thank you, the customers, very much for that.
Mary is the designer and runs the customer service department. She also handles all custom orders, answers emails, and tries to produce about 8 to 10 orders per day. Jessica fills orders from our Michigan location (her basement) and Mandy is our most recent decal maker from Pennsylvania. Mandy also graciously does the books. Julie works on peeling vinyl, and she loves it!! Mark is chief box maker, and along with Jeff and Frankie are the extra hands often needed, trips to the post office, and listeners to all daily accomplishments.
Our goal is to keep this a family company for many years to come.
We are strong believers in the idea of moms who stay home raising kids while making an income to help their family at the same time.
We strive to glorify God with our business. And we accomplish that by showing excellence to our customers with what we say and do for you. Each order is carefully made and inspected before it ever leaves the shop. If you ever have a complaint or issue, feel free to let us know. Our desire it to make you happy, first and foremost.
